Fitness "Its All About Attitude"

      So we have tackled things you need to know about a positive attitude towards healthy living and are more conscious were our hands go to avoid germs. but like any challenge is having the right mental attitude, you see when you think of eating healthy and exercising hard, inconvenient and unimportant that's what it becomes, however  when you see it as what it is a lifestyle of living well and healthy then that's what it will become and you will be motivated to do it.



     Wellness is a lifestyle and not just yoyo dieting or exercising only because you want to lose your tummy or your doctor said you should "lose weight" what we are talking about here is a lifestyle change nothing extreme though so don't panic. Its about changing your attitude and thinking differently about your relationship with your body, food and life so excuses other than  medical ones just wont do.

       Fight off, we need to disassociate our self from the word "exercise" and what it has become, Hard and boring for the over weight etc. Our new buzz word now is "workout" its fun either alone or with friends( get your favorite music and pick any activity you like) its the "in-thing"being fit can never be out) and the best of all, it reduces your risk of getting breast cancer, arthritis among other health benefits.

      The quality of our lives depends on fitness. the more fit you are, the greater your opportunities to expand your personality, talents and skills. your confidence will know new heights  you will have more energy get more out of your day, family and friends, look and feel Fantastic!!

      Willpower is a key factor to making progress in your life style changes's or anything else for that matter and i mean strong will power. i tell you it might not be easy as i sound, but then anything worth having is worth working hard for right? We all have strong will power and have used it at 1 point or the other. Think back if you have to it could be a small success or exorbitant success. even it getting out of bed to brush your teeth that's the victory of the will.

        Remember that no matter what your current level of fitness is, the first few steps( as with most other things) are always the hardest and most awkward , But it will pass and soon you'll be fighting fit its always better to do a little or something than a lot of nothing. No studies haven't shown that thinking about working out can get you fit as actually doing it (please if you know any let me know).

         "Working Out" has been long shown to boost people's ability and sense of well being wrote Edward McAuley ,ph.D he believes that its because our bodies are machines and design for constant progressive movement and activity. the body also releases endorphin's which are  feel good hormones and natural pain killers. So, we need to constantly move. when you fulfill such inmate need and function, you will feel better with yourself and the world .
   
     So you have to try and push yourself in a new direction. you'll be surprised how far you can go and will be glad you did it.
