Positive attitude towards living healthy

 A lot of families are unhealthy, spending huge sums of money and valuable time in the hospitals and drugs. This development is mostly as a result of our unhealthy habits and choices, especially due to ignorance, but sometimes simply because of our own carelessness and laziness.
  for us to start enjoying good health in our bodies and our families, we have to make serious changes in our life styles and eating habits. parents are the ones to lay  a good foundation for their children in everything
including eating and living healthy.
  It is the desire of the World health organisation that every family has the knowledge of positive healthy living habits in every area of their lives. We have decided to bring you some tips to improve your attitude towards healthy living for unique people.
   Resolve To live Healthy
 Make God your foundation in all things write down your resolutions to a healthy life style and eating habit and present it to God in humble supplication.
   Be More Active
 decide today to create more time for your self and your family and indulge in outdoor activities.take walks, do in and out door exercise, dance with your family. you will be surprised how much fun you will be having with the only family you have.

   Switch to whole-Grains Food
there are foods that are empty or have very little nutritional value due to over processing and all that. unfortunately they are the foods that everybody, mostly kids enjoy to eat. such foods made with over processed and refined grains includes white bread, white rice, most cereals, noodles and other white flour foods cooked and baked. A healthier alternative is whole grain, bread, pastas, cereals like brown rice etc most of the time, gradually your family will get used to eating healthy with grain foods.
   Cut Out Frizzy Drinks
soft drinks mean nothing to our body but trouble even parked fruit drinks are not recommended because of their high sugar content unfortunately many people have formed the habit of eating every meal with soft drinks, that's not just right. using soft drinks to take your medication instead of water is not a sign that your having a positive attitude towards healthy living. the result is obesity and strange diseases. insomuch that we can scarp it out completely, we should endeavor to cut down our intake to like once in two week or once a month.

     Eat More Fruits And Vegetables
there are lots of colorful fruits and vegetables around begging to be bought or eaten. they are loaded with vitamins,minerals, fibers, good taste etc. thy may be more costly but their benefits far out weigh any options in the long run. Eat them yourselves and encourage your kids to like wise.
     Increase Your calcium Intake
some people often think that drinking meat and eating meat are luxuries, especially for kids, we must encourage the entire family to drink more milk, especially low fat milk except for babies below 2 years.

   Joke More Laugh More
laughter is said to be a paradox medicine. encourage your family to find humor in things all around them crack more jokes, tell more stories, laugh more, dance more, play more, loosen up and feel alive. this is one life to live make it beautiful.

  Take Food Supplements
supplementation is a good practice these days we hardly eat as much fruits and vegetables as we should and get far less nutrition for  our diets. we simply have to make up from somewhere. vitamin c is so basic, but others are very important too. however discuss this with your health care provider and get the best benefit of supplementation today.but one thing you must never do is taking food supplement with medication they don't just go together.

   Be Good People With Good Hearts
the state of the heart matters so much,mercy, compassion and forgiveness are compulsory virtues for uniqueness. make a change today and teach your family to be good members of the society for overall wholesomeness.

  Commune With God Daily
finally, this is it! the one thing that puts final approval stamp and your effort is your relationship with God. Do yourself a favor, have  daily communion with God and your family to enjoy wholesomeness and uniqueness.
